Torta de ricota y coco
- 100 gr. azúcar
- 250 gr. harina
- 60 gr. maizena
- 1 cda. polvo de hornear
- 100 gr. manteca
- 1 yema
- 1 huevo
- vainilla
- 4 cdas. leche
- 350 gr. de ricota
- 100 gr. azúcar
- 20 gr. manteca
- 2 yemas
- vainilla
- 1/2 taza coco rallado
Poner en un tazón la harina, azúcar, polvo de hornear y maizena.
Agregar la manteca y deshacerla con un tenedor o con los dedos.
Aparte batir la yema y el huevo y una vez batidos agregar la leche y un chorrito de vainilla.
Hacer una masa suave y poner en la heladera por media hora.
Dividir en dos partes y rellenar.
Para el relleno mezclar bien los ingredientes.
Cocinar la torta en horno regular hasta que este apenas dorada. Retirar y cubrir con azúcar impalpable.
