Dulce de boniato
INGREDIENTES:
- 1 kg. boniatos con cáscara
- 1 kg. azúcar
- 1/2 lt. agua
- canela, clavo de olor para aromatizar
- pizca de sal
PREPARACION:
Cocinar los boniatos con la cáscara hasta que estén tiernos. Quitarles la piel y pisarlos bien, agregar la pizca de sal.
Preparar almíbar con el agua y el azúcar y algunos clavos de olor. Añadir el puré de boniatos y cocinar revolviendo sobre el fuego hasta lograr el punto deseado.
Aromatizar con la canela.
