Pan de banana con nueces
- 1 taza harina
- 1/2 taza azúcar
- 1/2 taza maizena
- 1 cta. canela en polvo
- 1 cta. polvo de hornear
- 4 bananas pisadas
- 1 taza leche
- 1/2 taza manteca
- 1 huevo grande
- 1/2 taza nueces picadas
Mezclar la harina, la maizena, el azúcar, la canela y el polvo de hornear en un recipiente. Pasar por la licuadora apenas para que se mezclen las bananas con la leche, la manteca y el huevo.
Añadir la mezcla a los ingredientes secos, añadir las nueces y mezclar todo muy bien.
Colocar en un molde de pan enmantecado y cocinar a horno moderado por aproximadamente 45 minutos.
Dejar enfriar.
Decorar a gusto o espolvorear con azúcar impalpable.

Aqui dejo otra receta de pan de banana, que no lleva manteca ni nueces, por lo que es mas economico, igual de facil y rico que este pan de banana!!
