  • 1 cda. de manteca derretida
  • 2 cdas. de harina
  • 2 cdas. de maizena
  • 2 tazas de coco rallado

Batir los huevos hasta que estén espesos y color limón. Agregarles el azúcar con la manteca y continuar batiendo.
Mezclar la harina con la maizena y el coco rallado.
Ir agregando a la preparación mientras se bate.
Colocar en chapa enmantecada por cucharaditas. También se puede utilizar una manga pastelera con boquilla rizada, para que se vean como los de la confitería.
Cocinar en horno medio (175 C - 350 F) por aproximadamente 15 minutos.
Luego de que están listos se pincelan con jalea diluída para darles brillo.
